MOST DIFFICULT BROWNS CLUB OPPONENT: Peter Dust. Constantly trying to nut meg all opponents. Is it any wonder that he is so successful when trying a similar trick with the ladies.
MOST MEMORABLE MATCH: 18 March 2015. When my old mate Jimmy was managing Burton Albion, as main sponsor I was invited to sit in the dug out v Southend. Burton needed 3 points to go top. Southend needed 1 point to get into 4th place. Southend scored in the 45th minute. Burton had a player sent off in the ensuing melay. Burton scored in the 56th minute and then again in the 89th minute. All 3,649 of the crowd went wild.
BIGGEST THRILL: Scoring a hat trick at Llandysul Football Club in 1980. At that time I weighed 11st 3lbs and I had my head shaved 2 days before the game for Rag Day. Little did I know that when we got to the game on Saturday our club captain told his opposite number to go easy on me as I was losing my hair from cancer treatment. Nobody came near me all game.
